Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of 24SevenReception. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
24SevenReception provides AI receptionist, call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling, notification, and calendar integration tools for service businesses. The service is intended to support business workflows and does not replace professional judgment or emergency response obligations.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, service areas, hours, calendar settings, forwarding configuration, and notification preferences. You are responsible for reviewing calls, leads, appointments, and customer communications for accuracy.
AI and Call Accuracy
AI-generated conversations, summaries, appointment details, and lead information may contain errors. You should verify important details before dispatching work, quoting prices, or relying on appointment information.
Customer Communications
You authorize us to send transactional emails or SMS messages related to appointments, confirmations, cancellations, reminders, and service updates where enabled. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with laws that apply to your business and customers.
Plans, Trials, and Fees
Paid plans, call allowances, setup fees, and trial terms are shown at signup or in your dashboard. If a free trial is offered without requiring a payment method, your account will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you add billing and activate a paid subscription. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or provisioning begins.
Free trials are limited to one per business, verified phone number, payment profile, and substantially similar business identity. If our systems detect a previous trial or matching identity, we may require immediate paid activation instead of another trial.
Verification and Account Review
We may require phone verification before provisioning a receptionist number. Accounts with suspicious signup patterns, repeated business identities, repeated payment methods, or other abuse signals may be placed into manual review. During review, some features, including phone number claiming, may be delayed, limited, or blocked.
Live Demo Calls
Live demo calls are for evaluation only. Demo calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and scored for product improvement, abuse prevention, and sales follow-up. Demo calls are time-limited, may use fictional business information, do not create real appointments, do not sync to a real calendar, and may be limited or blocked if abuse is suspected.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription by using the account or billing controls provided in the dashboard when available, or by contacting support at support@24sevenreception.com. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or non-refundable setup fees. If you cancel during a free trial, your account will not convert to a paid subscription unless you reactivate.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, emergency dispatch, regulated professional advice, spam, or harassment purposes. We may suspend accounts that create risk for customers, providers, our platform, or the public.
Creating repeated accounts to obtain additional free trials, phone numbers, call capacity, or onboarding benefits is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on providers such as telephony, AI, transcription, hosting, email, SMS, payment, and Google Calendar services. Their availability and policies may affect the service. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24SevenReception is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, missed calls, missed appointments, inaccurate AI output, calendar errors, service interruptions, or indirect damages. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
